WE HEARD YOU, BIKE SHARE TORONTO COMMUNITY! You’ve asked us for more time to ride your bike share bikes, and honestly, we don’t blame you (they’re pretty awesome)! We are excited to offer our community the new Annual 45 membership, giving riders a new annual membership option that includes unlimited 45-minute station-to-station trips, anytime, 365 days a year. Go those extra KMs, enjoy that sunshine and commuting freedom with your Annual 45 membership today!
We bet you may have questions about this membership, so we’ll try and answer them before you have to ask!
First, off WELCOME! We’re so excited to have you join us on two-wheels.
Anyone interested in getting an Annual 45 Membership can call our Customer Service line at (855) 898-2378. Or, did you buy an Annual 30 membership but thinking you want a little more time per trip? For a limited time, annual members who have an Annual 30 membership older than 3 months can upgrade their membership for $5. Think of how much extra time you can spend riding for the cost of a latte at your local cafe! Be sure to catch this offer, as it expires on August 15, 2021. Members with a membership under 3 months qualify for a refund and can switch to our new Annual 45 membership for the low cost of $115 +HST. That’s still less than $10 a month. All you have to do is call our customer service line. Easy!
With all the extra time on a Bike Share Toronto bike, where will you explore more? Will you go to Kensington Market and navigate the eclectic food and local vendors? Maybe you’ll head out to Scarborough and ride through Rouge Park? Wherever you go, know that you can enjoy unlimited 45-minute station-t-station trips when you get the new Annual 45 membership.
Still, want to learn more about the membership or have a few questions about it? Don’t sweat it! You can read more about it on our new Annual 30 vs. Annual 45 web page, or contact one of our customer service representatives who will be happy to help!
See you in the bike lane!
