At Bike Share Toronto, we are committed to keeping our customers and staff safe. As such, we have ramped up our cleaning program during the COVID-19 crisis. These new measures, however, do not guarantee that all bikes will be 100% clean at all times, given that they are regularly in use and exposed to the environment. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you take the steps outlined in the City of Toronto’s COVID-19 Health Advisory when using the Bike Share Toronto system.
ActiveTO has installed 57 km of Quiet Streets across the city, encouraging shared space for Torontonians to enjoy the outdoors at a safe physical distance. Providing ample room for cyclists, get riding with Bike Share Toronto! Download the CycleFinder app or visit our system map to locate our stations along Quiet Streets.
Riders can scan, unlock and go easier than ever with NEW QR Codes. Available on the CycleFinder app, all of our users can conveniently scan a bike’s QR code to release a bike. You will now have the option of unlocking a bike one of 4 ways: inserting an annual member key card, a QR code, a digital code from the CycleFinder app or a code from the kiosk. Download the CycleFinder app to scan and ride with Bike Share Toronto
To avoid account suspension or system access interruption, we require all members to update their billing information via our website or the CycleFinder App. Bike Share Toronto is working to convert payment processing platforms from Global Payments to Moneris. Please login and re-submit your billing information to save your profile on the Moneris platform.
I really wanted to ride a bike I commuted to work, so i made a decision to become a member of Bike Share Toronto. It is very convenient that most of the bike stations are near ttc stations. There are also stations in front of my house and my company. The most charming thing is that the annual fee is only $99. It is cheaper than buying a new bike, so I had to choose it!
Our Queen St W + York St Station has accumulated over 67,000 trips in under four years! Located on the doorstep of Nathan Phillips Square and City Hall, this is a very popular neighbourhood for city explorers. Opening in 1965, Toronto’s New City Hall became one of the city’s most revered landmarks. Play tourist in your own city! Discover why this is one of Toronto’s most visited hot spots – while maintaining physical distancing of course!
